CSAW’s mission is to provide artists in the Houston area with affordable studio space in a stimulating and supportive community of artists. To foster a multicultural calendar of visual and performing events by providing artists in the community with a performance area and gallery space. To offer artists, educational and volunteer groups, and the community at large support for visual arts, performing events, and literacy programs. To heighten awareness of the Arts in the community.
