Marfreless has been on my radar for over 20 years now and has improved immensely over the past 5 years or so. A true Houston Landmark and funplace to hangout!!! It has no sign, just a blue door under a stairway. Behind that door is the coolest little hide-away bar ever. Award winning martinis, upstairs with lots and lots of couches, dimly lit and romantic.
