The best antique/collectible/custom shop in the city…primitives, industrial, mid-century….Becki van der Oord has the most amazing eye for display..a true artist. And her husband Jur does great custom work on all sorts of things…furniture, lamps, cars. There is no other store like this in Houston…in a very cool warehouse on 22nd Street in the Heights. You can spend hours in this shop…and I have. Becki and Jur are also gracious hosts when you visit…my favorite place to shop and hang. (2007-09-07 16:03:25) |
