Blanco’s is the ONLY real honky tonk left in Houston. If you have to take a visitor to one place to show them Texas hospitality (don’t miss the lunch crowds or the late afternoon Jeopardy watchers at the bar) and authentic country music - this is the first and last stop on any list.
