Their dry rub is THE BEST for any meat, they sell the yummiest bacon in town, and everything is so fresh. A real old-fashioned butcher shop, a treasure in the city and a favorite of anyone who lives or works in the Medical Center. (2007-06-10 18:05:22) |

Their smoked hamburgers are amazing…especially with BBQ sauce, cheese and jalapenos. Out of this world. FYI-Guy’s only makes 200 hamburgers a day, only on weekdays (no hamburgers on weekends). They start selling ‘em at 11:00 am, and they’re usually gone shortly after noon. Their fantastic BBQ is always on sale, though. Also…if you like boudin, they sell the best in town.
